We have been specialists in the manufacture of rubber products and equestrian rubber since the early 1960's. The mainstay of our business is the production of Sports Surfacing and Sports Surfaces including Equestrian Surfacing and Equestrian Surfaces e.g. Training Gallops, Arenas for Show Jumping, Dressage, Menages, Lunging Rings and Horse Walkers. Our principle aim is customer satisfaction and we promise to do our very best to achieve this.

 

The Elastomeric Materials and Fibre Reinforcement used in our products give a surface which:

>     is all round weather proof

>     gives extra bounce

>     helps retain moisture in dry periods

>     will mix with most surface dressings e.g. sand or gravel and has irregular shape and size of chips to help lock the surface together.

 

Our range of Sports Surfaces, Sports Surfacing, Equestrian Surfaces and Equestrian Surfacing products are manufactured from large earthmover and plant tyres NOT car and truck tyres containing radial wire. These larger tyres have more natural rubber content making them more pliable and maintains better elasticity in freezing conditions.

Boynton's are leading manufacturers and suppliers of Equestrian Surfaces and Sports Surfaces only. We do not build arenas. However, we can put you in touch with arena builders who operate nationally or in your area.

We are centrally located in the East Midlands close to the A1 and M1 motorways to ensure cheap and flexible solutions for deliveries, either by our own transport or through haulage contractors.

BOYNTON'S ECONOMIX

Boynton's Economix is a specialist Rubber/Fibre mix designed specifically for those who require quality equestrian surfaces or sports surfaces on a tight budget.

Economix chip sizes are approx up to 12 mm which is of similar size to most competitors products.

Boynton's Economix has been manufactured under exclusive licence to UK Patent No. GB2142960B.

 

BOYNTON'S PREMIERMIX

Boynton's Premiermix is a premium quality specialist rubber/fibre mix for those who require super-safe equestrian surfaces or sports surfaces at a value for money price. Boynton's Premiermix is only made from wire free canvas constructed tyres. Most competitor products  are made from steel radial constructed tyres so there is always the chance of wire contamination in the product. Boynton's Premiermix is GUARANTEED to be made from fabric tyres NOT steel radials.

Premiermix chip sizes are approx up to 28 mm giving better drainage properties than a smaller chip. Furthermore, the larger size means that there is less compacting in use and in laying. Premiermix can cover 10-15% more surface area than smaller chips.

Boynton's Premiermix has been manufactured for over 15 years under exclusive licence to UK Patent No. GB2142960B and comes with a 5 year warranty on material breakdown to give peace of mind on quality.

 

BOYNTON'S PROMIX

Boynton's Promix is the ultimate professionals' choice in equestrian surfaces and sports surfaces.

Boynton's Promix is made from a high proportion of brand new canvas constructed tyres and is GUARANTEED to be made from fabric tyres NOT steel radials.

Promix chip sizes are approx up to 32 mm giving better drainage properties than a smaller chip. Promix can cover 10-20% more surface area than smaller chips and with less compacting.

Boynton's Promix has been manufactured under exclusive licence to UK Patent No. GB2142960B and comes with a 10 year warranty on material breakdown to give peace of mind because of the long lasting superior quality.
